Exchange Policy

Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges. Please ensure the size is suitable before purchasing. If you have any questions about the product, feel free to contact customer service during office hours.

Our store only accepts exchanges for serious quality issues or size mismatches. Please ensure that the item to be exchanged is complete (including the product, accessories, tags, etc.). Our store does not accept returns or exchanges for items that are stained, worn, or have scents from perfume or smoke.

We do not accept the following reasons for returns or exchanges:

Color Difference: The product's color may vary under different lighting conditions and viewing devices, so there may be color differences between the actual product and the photos.

Minor Dirt, Small Scratches, Loose Threads, Slight Snags, Uneven Stitching, Minor Asymmetry, and Other Slight Imperfections That Do Not Affect Wearability.

Buyer Dislikes the Product: This includes dissatisfaction with the texture, workmanship, style, fit, being too loose or too tight, or differences from expectations after trying it on.

Note: For dark or denim products, please wash them separately from lighter colors. Fading of denim products is normal and will not affect wearability.

If the product qualifies for return or exchange, please notify customer service within 3 days of receipt; otherwise, we will not accept it.
