LETTA A Shopping Guide

Upon receiving payment from customers, we will immediately place orders in Korea. Customers cannot cancel orders or change products that have been ordered.

Under normal circumstances, online orders will arrive within 7-14 days, and our store ships on Fridays.

If products need to be manufactured, the arrival time will be extended.

Supply of Korean clothing is unstable, and there is a risk of stock shortages. If a product is out of stock, customers can choose a refund or select other products.

Shipping Method

Our store exclusively uses SF Express cash-on-delivery for shipping.

We recommend selecting SF Express Smart Lockers, SF Stations, or business addresses for pickup. An additional fee will apply for home delivery.
